Paul Mordoff began performing professionally in 1981 after graduating college with a Theatre degree. In a street clothes disguised as an actor, he performed in films, commercials and on stage and learned how to twist his first balloon. As a performer, he was also with a singing telegram company, entertaining at all kinds of events as a gorilla and other charcters. He also owned and performed with Center Stage Theatre Workshop, a touring company performing plays and workshops in high schools, and later started PTC Creative Educational Productions, producing touring shows for elementary schools.

Paul Mordoff, owner of Pongo The Clown Party Talent, performs as a variety of characters including Mr. Bungles, a story teller, and Santa. For singing telegrams and balloon deliveries he is often found as a cartoon character, a gorilla, a monk, a bum, and even with a black suit or sequined vest for formal occasions. Paul now performs full time and averages over 250 birthday parties a year as Mr. Bungles. In addition, he coordinates entertainers for catered events, corporate affairs, church functions, restaurants, community events and fundraisers and arranges all the details of the entertainment.

When Paul Mordoff opened Pongo The Clown Party Talent in 1996, he was almost always performing as Pongo The Clown. Now because of popular demand, Mr. Bungles is requested around 95% of the time because so many children and even some adults are hesitant around costumed characters. Paul Mordoff is now a full time performer and party planner owning Pongo The Clown Party Talent, one of the most popular and successful party companies in CT. The owner has been featured many times on Cable both as an entertainer and in commercials and was recently featured on a radio talk show.

Paul Mordoff has been invited twice to participate in Balloon Manor, an event that brings together top twisters from around the world to create a gigantic walk through mansion made entirely out of balloons. To read about the nationally publicized event, click here.
